The organisational culture of the ERC is the glue that connects all aspects of the Center’s activities. The ERC culture is based on the Center’s Shared Values and Discriminating Competencies. Given the diversity of the ERC’s workforce, the Center’s culture accelerates processes, increases efficiency and enhances productivity.
These include principles that are centred on diversity, innovation, trust, professionalism, entrepreneurship and the passion to invest in the growth of others.

Our Shared Values

The shared values of the ERC that bind people together and create mutually beneficial relationships among all stakeholders of the Center are enumerated below:

  • Integrity: We maintain very high ethical standards in our dealings and accept responsibility for our actions.
  • Trust: We trust, respect and support each other and strive to earn the trust of our colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
  • Diversity: We value and demonstrate respect for the uniqueness of individuals and the various perspectives and talents they provide. We have inclusive work environment that blends a diversity of people, ideas, talents and experience.
  • Professionalism: Our people are professionals who can be depended upon to behave and discharge their duties without allowing extraneous factors affect their performance.
  • Protecting People and the Environment: We place the highest priority on the health and safety of our work force and protection of our assets and the environment. We aspire to always carry out our activities based on environmentally friendly practices.
